All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This allows you ample time to ensure your ST.BERNARD garments meet our shared standards for quality and style.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- All original tags must be attached and visible
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items without original tags attached
- Products that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Items that are not in their original condition
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Complete the Return & Exchange Request Form below and email it to our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number along with detailed shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Carefully package your items including:
- The item(s) in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging when available
- A copy of your order confirmation
- The Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive email confirmation once your return or exchange has been completed.
Refund Information
Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

- Credit/Debit Card purchases: Refunded to original card
- PayPal purchases: Refunded to your PayPal account
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your ST.BERNARD item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
